How to Activate Your eSIM
A step-by-step guide to activating your eSIM on any compatible device
Activating your eSIM is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get connected:
Step 1: Check Compatibility
Make sure your device supports eSIM. Most iPhones from XS onward, Google Pixel 4+, and newer iPads support eSIM technology.
Step 2: Scan the QR Code
Open your camera app and scan the QR code we sent to your email. Tap the notification that appears to add the eSIM.
Step 3: Configure Your eSIM
Go to Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan. Follow the prompts to name your plan and choose default lines.
Step 4: Enable Data Roaming
To use data while traveling, make sure to enable Data Roaming in Settings → Cellular → Data Roaming.
Once complete, you should see your eSIM listed as an active line. Restart your device if needed.
