Service Description

TailSim provides digital eSIM data plans for international travelers. Our service delivers a QR code for eSIM activation after purchase. Actual network coverage and speed may vary by location and network conditions.

Account and Payment

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

eSIM Activation

eSIM plans activate on first use within 30 days of purchase. Once activated, the plan cannot be paused or transferred. You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible before purchase.

Fair Usage

Plans are intended for personal travel use. Excessive usage may be throttled or restricted. Resale or commercial use of our eSIM plans is prohibited.

Refunds

Unused eSIM plans can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if not yet activated. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

Limitation of Liability

TailSim is not liable for service interruptions caused by network operators or force majeure events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted data service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
