At TailSim we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our site or buy an eSIM plan, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

TailSim provides prepaid eSIM data plans for travelers and remote teams. The site is available in English, Spanish, and French from www.tailsim.com and its localized versions (/es, /fr).

We only collect the data we need to process your order, deliver your eSIM, and meet our legal and tax obligations

• Name and email address, to send you the eSIM QR code and the order confirmation.
• Country, to apply taxes and validate plan availability.
• Messages you send us by email or through the contact form, along with the contact details you provide.

We don't ask for or store passwords or login credentials, because TailSim doesn't require an account to buy.

Payment is processed through MercadoPago. We do not store card numbers or bank credentials on our servers. What TailSim sees about your purchase is limited to: amount, date, transaction identifier, and last four digits of the payment method.

MercadoPago's privacy policies apply to the processing of your payment.

To deliver the data service, we process the following technical eSIM information

• ICCID and the plan you purchased.
• Activation and expiration dates.
• Data consumption throughout the plan.

This data is required to activate the eSIM, account for usage, and provide technical support. It is not used to identify you outside of the service.

We use cookies and similar technologies to

• Remember your preferred language and country.
• Measure site usage and improve the experience.
• Run analytics and marketing through Meta Pixel and similar tools, which may set their own cookies to measure campaign performance.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some site features (such as remembering your language) may not be available.

To run the service we share data with the following categories of providers

• MercadoPago, as the payment processor.
• Meta (Pixel and campaign measurement tools).
• Hosting and transactional email providers.
• Tax, regulatory, or judicial authorities when required by law.

Each provider handles data according to its own privacy policies.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it to run the service.
