Having trouble with your eSIM? Most issues can be resolved quickly. Here’s our troubleshooting guide:

eSIM Not Activating

If your eSIM won’t activate:

  • Make sure you’re scanning the correct QR code
  • Check that your device supports eSIM
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection during setup
  • Restart your device and try again

No Data Connection

If your eSIM is activated but there’s no data:

  • Toggle Airplane Mode on and off
  • Restart your device
  • Check that Data Roaming is enabled
  • Verify your data hasn’t been exhausted

Slow Speeds

For slow data speeds:

  • Move to a location with better coverage
  • Toggle between Wi-Fi and cellular
  • Restart your device
  • Check for network congestion (peak hours)
