Having trouble with your eSIM? Most issues can be resolved quickly. Here’s our troubleshooting guide:
eSIM Not Activating
If your eSIM won’t activate:
- Make sure you’re scanning the correct QR code
- Check that your device supports eSIM
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection during setup
- Restart your device and try again
No Data Connection
If your eSIM is activated but there’s no data:
- Toggle Airplane Mode on and off
- Restart your device
- Check that Data Roaming is enabled
- Verify your data hasn’t been exhausted
Slow Speeds
For slow data speeds:
- Move to a location with better coverage
- Toggle between Wi-Fi and cellular
- Restart your device
- Check for network congestion (peak hours)
